Grade: SCP 15 – 21

Salary: £16,215 – £19,317 (pro-rata)

Hours: 08.10 – 16.00 (term time only)

Battle Primary Academy, a 2-form entry primary school based in Reading are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to start in September 2017. The school has recently been judged as Requires Improvement by Ofsted, so this is an opportunity for a dedicated and high-quality member of staff to make a real difference and rapidly improve pupil outcomes.

This vacancy is ideal for an experienced Learning Support Assistant who has received a ‘Good’ or better grading from classroom observations. Your portfolio will include a proven talent for thinking clearly under pressure and a resilient and authoritative character.
